These Terms & Conditions govern your use of theunmutedmatriarch.com and any services, events, communications, or content offered by The Unmuted Matriarch, operated by Jaymie Hinton. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.
Use of the site
You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or misuse content, or submit false information or content that is abusive, unlawful, or infringing.
Communications consent
When you submit your email address or phone number, you consent to receive related communications from us. Text message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Email recipients can unsubscribe using the link in any message. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Events, RSVPs, and consultations
RSVPs and bookings are subject to availability and may be rescheduled or cancelled. Paid consultations and bookings are handled through our scheduling and payment providers, and any pricing, refund, or cancellation terms shown at checkout apply. Unless stated otherwise at the time of booking, consultation fees are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.
Submissions to Ask Jaymie and the Confessional
When you submit a question or story, you grant us permission to publish it in the form you selected (anonymous, first name only, or private). Private submissions are never published. We may edit published submissions for length and clarity. Do not submit information you do not want us to read.
